Phoned up the local bike shop and ased about this today and he said this could not be done... Basically i have 2 sets of hope wheels. the front wheel of one set is a 20mm hub and the front wheel of another is QR.
The cove has a QR front wheel and the intense has a 20mm front wheel. See pics below...

I fancied swapping the wheels so the cove is all green and white and the intense was black but due to the forks they wont fit the way they are at the moment. Can i just swap the inners of the hubs or is the bike guy right and i need to get the wheels rebuilt?

Pics of the hubs themselves would have been helpful, what hubs are they? The latest models(pro 2/evo, but not pro 3),and Bulb hubs can have the end caps swapped to cope with QR and 20mm axles(pro2 models also have 9mm bolt through, and QR15 options, Bulb parts for the conversion you'd want aren't available from Hope any more, so old stock or used would be your only option there).
