Don't know which way to go and there's not much info about the SMB Flow online, has anyone used both and recommend one over the other? (I need to tune a DVO Diamond and CCDB IL).

The Shockwiz app is a lot better than the Sussmybike app. Shockwiz also gives you recommendations about volume spacers, Sussmybike does not. The one good thing about Sussmybike is it works on coil and air, Shockwiz only works on air.

I always need to have a think about which way I am meant to be turning the knobs from the recommendations as I get the more damping / slow down, less damping / speed up mixed up in my head.

If they were the same cost and I had air front and rear, I would buy the Shockwiz. If you need to tune a coil then you have to go with the Sussmybike. I bought a Sussmybike unit off eBay cheap, but also rented a Shockwiz for a week before I bought the Sussmybike.

Shockwiz doesn’t even work on all air shocks/forks.  Check the website for specifics, if it works with yours it would be my choice but Sussmybike has the advantage of working with pretty much anything that goes up and down.  Frankly though hiring is the best option from a VFM point of view

Shockwiz doesn't work with the early CCDB Air shocks because of the angle of the valve (at least that's what they say).

Sussmybike is frankly not great. The app is appalling, and it has fitment constraints on shocks on some frames. I have one, and although it's not useless, it's nowhere near as useful as I'd hoped.

I believe it’s just a matter of removing some metal from the adapter as the issue is that it’s too thick.
