I'd say go for a 54, I'm 5'10" & have tried both 56 & 54. The 54cm is the one I bought- they're amazing! You won't regret it.

i'm just 5 10 and got a 52. it comes up quite big for a 52 though.

Yeah go a bit smaller than you would normally as they are long. I'm 6'3 and have a 58, but sometimes wish i'd got a 56. Great purchase though you will not regret it.

I'm 6ft, mines a 58 and I'm very happy with the sizing. They're great bikes. Quite lumpy though.

5'9" and a 54cm - fits a treat.

I'm 5'10" and went for a 54 after much deliberation.
It's my favourite bike as I can change it's setup to suit my mood, perfect for a serial bike changer.

I'm 6ft & ride a 58cm - 56cm would be my recomendation for someone of 5'10 -You need to consider TT length & what style & height of handlebar you're gonna use. Remember they're old skool frames with a level TT - like in the days before 300mm seatposts !
