Anyone got a pair to add to the review? They are reduced at Evans on line and I'm tempted.

Tips on sizing and durability much appreciated, could be ideal for commuting over my bibs

Cheers

I've got some.
They're a very light short, good for messing around in. Not sure I'd use them for an all day epic as the cut is more like regular beach shorts.
Size wise, I got the same as my trousers size and they fit fine. They do stretch (as the name suggests...) so don't worry if they come up a bit small.

I got them a while ago because they were cheap on Evans. I think if I were to but again, I'd get something different.

They look cool though, and we all know that's the most important part of mtb-ing.

Cheers for that - might be just what I need to go over the lycra for commuting

I have the trousers for the commute to work and they're brilliant, get away with wearing them in work too. Perfect for summer and summer showers. Bargain as I got them off evans for £35 a pair.

Mine are mostly used for the commute.

I don't think the girls in the office would be able to handle seeing me in lycra.

First commute in the shorts today - marvellous things - light, comfy, great slim fit, smart enough to wear in their own right.

Agree they may not be tough enough for an all day off road epic, but for commuting/ride to pub shorts, a real bargain
