That's right, you heard.

The usual beasting, hill reps, sprints and other tests of prowess that we usually undertake but this time with added Ralgex. mmmmm Ralgex.

Arise Knights of Castle Mince-A-Lot - you are summoned to Bonaly Shoppe at 7pm in the usual manner to play in the woods of Dreghorn and beyond.

6pm at TBC mission control if you prefer the added cardio.

(Hydration sponsored by Glenmorangie)

Five supreme athletes turned out and started off in rather wet and windy but by 8pm or so it dried up and the skies cleared - fantastic views over Edinburgh and a very shiny moon.

Yep, high-fives all-round for 'Above-&-Beyond' attitude, and a good wet-night route by Paul. Clearing skies really help make a ride huh?
