I've ridden Peaklake a few times and know a loop over to Leith hill, hitting Yoghurt Pots, Telegraph Row, Reservoir Dogs and BKB on Holmbury Hill, but want to locate the likes of Secret Squirrel, Deer Trail, Twig’s Trail, I should Coco and Son of Coco, Mini Moto, Santa Rosa, plus check out Pitch Hill.
Is anyone heading up that way this Sunday morning around 8/8:30am that I could tag along with?
I’m fairly fit, commuting 15 miles a day and running 3 times a week, so not someone you’ll be waiting around for, or walking up hills.......I’m the one waiting around for my lot, who have since abandoned me for rides along the tow path!
Go with Nirvana cycles they ride top speed everywhere, you 'll love it.
Seconded, go on the "hard and fast" early ride and you'd be doing well to ba hanging round waiting for people!
I can only ride this Sunday, early and the Sunday ride with Nirvana cycles is not until 11am. But will keep it in mind for next time. Is it one you have to pay for?
Nirvana rides are free, the 11.00 sunday ride I went on was very fast and technical. Great fun though.
I've no idea I'm afraid. It sounds like my idea of hell on earth!
Unfortunatley most of those trails are long gone after all the logging!
