What a wet one! Usual great routes, loyal organisers out marshalling and welcoming pubs in the evening. But where was everyone? is Llanwrytd losing its charm or was it the weather that out you off?
Normally do the real ale wobble (but can't this year) and did the cider cycle last year - was soaking again but great fun.
Doesn't seem to get much of a shout out in the usual channels really which is a shame as the riding's really good especially if they get the weather (and don't send you *down* fire roads) 😉
I was there with Mrs stu from Friday night onwards.
Was a tad moist but still funish. The last descent on the short route then the last descent on the long route are always fun.
Wish they'd make the route a bit longer like some of the old Wobbles BITD.
Still a nice weekend away with bikes and drinking so can't complain.
