The ISIS on my [url= http://road.cc/tags/ridgeback-solo-world ]Genesis Skyline / Ridgeback Solo[/url] is dying (again, as it seems to every winter).
It's time to replace with something stiffer (missus) and preferably a BB that lasts more than a few months of road commuting use.
Suggestions?

Shimano square taper BB, Sugino Messenger cranks.

I had a Shimano Alfine branded one (that wouldn't fit my Peregrine). 45t and polished/shiny. Road Spacing. HT2. What's not to love? I cna get it to you via a convenient [s]courier[/s] mutual friend if you wanted it.
