Yoshi and Faz were both puffing away at the end of the ride too...

REALLY ?? I never noticed - and anyway, I know you, they are still almost strangers. Danny told me he was giving up...

Ah. It's just that I thought he'd said he only started recently so I'd hoped to help him nip it in the bud 🙁

Count me in, and Ms Spanner as well, as long as you promise that the pace will be "Relaxed". Bit fed up with "Who can piss highest up the wall" testosterone fuelled group rides.

Last ride took us nearly 6 hrs to cover 20 miles - this one is further - its a good job the clocks will have changed!!!!

There were lots of punctures, however I did notice that the real reason why the stops were so long was the amount of food devoured. Any excuse!!

There is a cracking country cafe at half way on this ride, so no excuse to extend Yoshimi's puncture stops!!!

The girls serving the food provide a welcome distraction too.

Which cafe Lowey?

I may have to check it out Tomorrow, just to see if the girls are still working there, purely for the group you understand, I will be getting no pleasure from it at all 🙂

At the moment it's you, me and Dave the Builder. Possibly some from Dashers. More likely not.

Not going to make it. I'm in for a minor op on the 24th and will be off the bike for at least a week.

(Wouldn't mind some details of the route though so I can ride it at a later date)

Lowey nice route doing it tomorrow but up the Witton weavers path for a bit of a change. Will do a reccy of the NAB ride to see if the downhill course is complete though some of BAD on here will know more.
Had a reply from Fagus over some free grips I was giving him on the ride and he was terse and said to do what I wanted with them. 🙁

Yeah, I was up there meself this afternoon. I know one way which is probably the most rideable of the 3. It is still a little boggy at the top but is about 90% rideable.
