BMI tables reckon I need to lose 17kg, that's insane I'd look like a famine victim!
Be carefull with adding new colums, there's no problem with new ones, but the sheet auto saves after every edit, so if you mess up other peoples data, it's gone.
I'm trying to lose that last bit - lost about 10kg since the start of last year, which I'd put on in the year previous. Another 5-7 to go to get to a good race weight. Basically need to cut down/out the booze and get out on the bike more - simple really 🙂

Captain Carbon, you need to check where you've entered the data, it's appeared in row 1, there's a half filled in row 2/3rds of the way down too with no username.

Pretty much, username, diet choice, height, then weight in the week 1 or start column, everything else is done automaticaly (but you can overide it if you've got a different target).

Finally found some scales which were for some reason hidden away. Lack of exercise and too much Guinness has taken its toll. Had great success in the STW Fat club years ago so hope to repeat this.

Isn't there already, an STW group on MFP ?.
That spread sheet. Just an idea, but couldn't you have an exercise log for each participant, on the second page, etc, etc ?.

Very probably it was malicious (or let's say 'in jest') than an accident.
The only way around that is user authentication somehow.
The sheet usually won't load for me anyway, it just sits there "transferring".
The sheet has a change log and allows you to revert to earlier versions.
So I've put it back to b4 fat fingers got on the case 😉
The load time is crap however, as per matt above it spends minutes "transferring" before opening, google docs would be much better.

Well I've lost 14kg already according to the spreadsheet. Who'd have thought that last bit of Christmas pud was iDave friendly?

First weigh in this morning, lost 3.5lbs this week. Good start happy with that.
had a bad week this week and put on 1 pound, still on holiday this week though so trying harder from tomorrow
