need something localish, with some SHORT loops which have technical interest - and which are rideable at the moment (pref no snow/ice cover) - for some riding with my gf.
any ideas? heard gisburn was not worth the bother in these conditions.

hi i live in Blackpool and have been out on longridge fell this morning was quite good not much ice and the snow was frozen enough to ride on top of , a bit muddy under the trees tho
