I cannot seem to twist the flight control travel adjust knob anti-clockwise to push down the forks or use it to equalise air pressure in both air chambers. It won't twist at all and is stuck. Any ideas how to make it better? Have tried squirting GT85 on it. Maybe dirt has got in somehow?
They are 2010 Thors BTW.
Bump.
I'd call them very helpful guy

I had a problem with the Flight Control not releasing properly on my Durins, so you could give this a try.
When the FCR is operating correctly, the valve cap for the air chamber moves up and down as you turn the dial. But when dirt gets in there it can cause quite a bit of friction between the valve cap and the rest of the assembly.
So remove the valve cap, then turn the dial. If it works properly without the valve cap, then clean the valve cap off and put a little bit of grease round the outside of it before re-attaching it.
Yep, broadly agree with the above, I found that an o-ring on the valve dust cap was interfering with the FC knob, so I took it off. All works fine now. This on 2009 forks though
I have tried twisting the knob without the valve cap and still won't twist. Must be dirt stuck in it there somewhere. Guess I'll give the no above a ring. Thanks.
