Trying to create a strava account but it says
unexpected error try again.
I'm trying to create it with a @yahoo.co.uk email account.
anybody know why this is?

It's usually some kind of browser/app/network settings incompatibility. I had this when trying via mobile phone but it worked fine from my desktop.
Try and register via another web browser and/or another tablet, phone, PC, whatever.
