Is this part of the recent Strava update?

I was wondering if it could be related but I hope not!

Yea I am a Strava premium member and have been for as long as I can remember

Just tested mine on a Wahoo bolt, and it's synced fine. Even starred a new segment, synced and it's there right away.

Have you checked the phone app for set-up? You could be an update behind for the unit or a tick-box has been missed in the app settings.

I’ve re-paired my phone and WiFi and checked all settings etc but it still won’t sync. I’ve emailed Wahoo support

My Wahoo downloaded an update yesterday, so perhaps related to that (ie if yours didn’t)

Mine synced fine to Strava (free version)

Both the app and device is up to date. Strange that it just stopped syncing.

Just tried mine. Cycles through Connecting to Wifi > Syncing > Synced All.

I only have two Segments starred in Strava but it only syncs one of them. Strange.

Note: in the Elemnt app it does say 'Strava Live Segment are only available to Strava Premium subscribers'

Live segments has always been a premium Strava feature.

Try disconnecting Strava on your wahoo app and re-connecting. Mine did similar in the past and this fixed it for me

Also it will not sync downhill segments, this is a Strava API feature which has been discussed in the Garmin threads

Just unlinked Strava from Wahoo and re authorised and it’s working again. Thanks guys

Similar thing happened to me this week but with my routes on RWGS. Plotted a route the other day and although I synced all routes on my bolt it didn’t show up. De authorised then authorised RWGPS and all was good again.

Thank you I didn't realise that and explains why I only have one segment available on the Bolt.
