Is it necessary to rebuild these every time or will a new bushing kit suffice?
I last rebuilt them a year ago, if that helps.

I have the Straitline Amps, I think they're the same build as the SC pedals.
The bushings tend to squeak after a few rides but there doesn't seem to be any play in them.
They're easy to strip and re-assemble, just prize off the small C-clip with a small flat blade screwdriver
Take them apart, check for wear, then coat any moving part in grease.

Thanks. I've done the complete rebuild before but wondered whether I could just get away with replacing the bushings. They're squealing like mad right now so know that they need some attention!
