Hello, between 13.50 & 1500 hours Friday 13th (yesterday) a colleague had her car broken into at Holme Pierrepont watersports centre and the following bike was stolen:

Kuota Kalibur TT size XS in matt black & white
Full ultegra groupset
Easton EC90 wheels
White selle italia women's specific saddle
White look Keo pedals
Profile 'missile' cockpit bars

Built by pro-bikes in Hucknall with stickers to match. Bit of a one-off due to it's size (apparently not many XS size sold).

Please keep eyes and ears switched on and if you can send any emails to me about this I'll pass any information on to the loser. There is a reward for any information that leads to the recovery of this bike.

Do you mean the Thoresby market near Sherwood Pines?

Yes Scott is a star - builds good wheels too.

I was up there for a triathlon couple of years ago. Van next to my car had a window smashed and a laptop nicked. Must be a crime hotspot.

HPP has always been pretty bad for car crime. even right by the watersports building break ins have been regular.

Got to be nicked that Ebay bike. Fitting flat mtb pedals to it is something of a give away.

Yes!!!!!!

Guys, thanks for that - it is indeed the one and it was seized last night by the Police.

The twunts have painted the wheels mat black, and swapped the saddle. Note the none standard white skewers (she bent the original easton skerwes in a bike box), and yes the pedals offered a bit of a clue.

I do like a happy ending. Again, thanks for having good memories.

Excellent news. How did you get the police to move so quickly on this?

Was the guy selling it on eBay guilty of stealing it? Sounds like his description gave it away....selling it for a friend...scum
