Trying to do a variety of events, days out, weekends away this year, and looking for some suggestions.

Looking for ...

- based in the North of England, ideally max 2 hours drive from Leeds

- there and back, including riding the event itself, within the day (or possibly one overnight)

- gravel / bike-packing / MTB endurance events

I've ruled out Dirty Reiver (only because I've done it before twice, and want to do something different), and whilst I'd like to go back and do the 3PCX again this year, it's my daughter's birthday, so that's probably not a goer.

Currently considering the Racing Collective Crossduro events (ok, so they're a full weekend) and the Yorkshire True Grit (as well as some others) ... Anything else that should be on my radar?

YD300 & YD200 ? The 300 will involve an overnighter unless you are very quick.

@postierich ... Have toyed with the jennride for a couple of years, just the planets haven't aligned. It's still on the shortlist! Along with the Dales200/300.

There used to be the Mary Townley Loop CX, but doesn't seem to have been run for a couple of years ... Anyone know if that's back on the agenda, or something similar
