Im guessing, and just wanted to confirm that my bottom bracket is knackered??
Stiff crank arms on rotation, both directions, took the wheel off that runs nice and smooth ish, took chain off and crank arms definatley stiff.
Guessing got some cannock mud and water in last time i went biking and seized it up.
Probably a reason not to clean my bike so often!!

Theres me praising Shimano SLX BB's having one for 3 years, now the damn thing is broke. Not happy no time to fix it before tomorrows ride, guessing its a non-biking sunday.
for a one off, pop the seals off the bearings, wd40 em to free the bearing balls, dry em off, whack some grease in, good to go, 15 min job...
Luckily i phoned a friend, he works next to evans in brum, going to pick up a bottom bracket and a Birches Valley pre-ride repair job!!
