Looks really nice. Steel seems to be very popular. Be interesting to see the price on this as the titanium signal is โ€œonlyโ€ ยฃ1,000.

One of the real "wins" for me with the ti version is the internal cable/hose runs. As they are fully tubed they are a doddle to use and make for a real clean looking frame.

That said ^^^ does look lovely - too much to have a ti and a steel one?

Make. It. Now

Then put it in sale for around ยฃ249 for the frame.

Thanks.

That looks gorgeous!

@brant, better get your finger out on the new Tinbred or Sonder may well have my money!

Be good to know what grade the steel is, likely prices etc.

Looks lovely, prefer outer cable routing, and that copper is proper nice! My guess is the frame will have some 'nicer' tubes to put it in between 4130 frames like pipedream and reynolds frames like stanton and cotic. Reckon the pricing will be ยฃ499.99 to make it less than a stanton or cotic, but undercut some of the other online brands doing similar frames in 4130 for ยฃ500+.

Think that will still be over my budget though. They apparently tried an alloy version but it was too harsh.

Fingers crossed it'll undercut Stanton's steel as much as the Ti Signal undercuts their Ti ones

That'd be nice - ยฃ325? don't know how much the copper finish adds though! I'd pay a bit extra for it, I looks dead good.

Be interesting if they went with e.g. 631 Reynolds, like the Santiago where most competing bikes are 725. Save a bit of money, still a big step up over 4130. 631 is actually a great choice for mtb frames because the welds strengthen the surrounding material.

Like this, sure it will ride really well as do their other bikes. Not sure on colour. Close up photos look great but whole bike I don't know.

Needs to have some steel spring and cost about ยฃ350-375

How was it Davros - I'm really thinking of buying a Signal Ti. I'm 6;2ft (189cm) and thinking of going for the large.

Would the signal Ti be suitable for long all day cross country rides ? I'm doing the Badger Divide (Glasgow to Inverness), would it be a good choice ?

Wally - Are those wheels the same size ? (photo looks like a 29er on back and 27.5 on front ?)

Wheels I used - BlueFlow and mine is set up quite XC.
Speedplay frogs
Short dropper - so can get a mudguard on when muddy.
All-in multitool in crank
Samurai plugs in bars
Tiny pack in back pocket and off I go.
Magic Mary Front and NN rear - both soft compound.

It's spot on. I'd demo'd one so new what to expect but mine is a fair bit lighter than the nx rev build i tried. I'm 6'1 and went for xl. It has a low standover, numbers very similar to the large tarn I had but with an extra 20mm reach. Felt fine with a 50mm stem but I've got a 35mm to try. At 6'2 I'd suggest you demo an xl. If you wanted it for xc big miles then you'd at least want to swap the 2.6 tyres for something faster.

There were several times sonders out on the Jen ride this weekend-100 miles bike packing in the lakes.

Looks perfect for the badger divide with some gravel tyres on
