hey paul, i have for the last 2 years. stans valves and tape with stans sealant, with maxxis tires, and pacenti 650b, all worked well.

Flows with yellow tape and none UST tyres here.

Works very well.

Hey Trev, Stu. all sounds good. i tried it on a pair of olympics some time back and had a front tyre rip off the rim whilst railing a shallow gully and ran with strips since. since picking up the 355's and taping them up good and proper i facy my chances again!!

Tyres don't inflate nearly as easily without rim strips, so yellow tape if you don't change tyres often, and rim strips if you do IMO.

Run both, a lot easier to inflate with the strips, but no other discernible difference.
