I think that the clutch on my SRAM X01 derailleur is gone (the chain is slapping around like mad on rough descents), so I'm looking to replace the whole derailleur with something not too expensive.
Can I replace the X01 1x11 derailleur with an NX 1x11 derailleur, or will I run into some compatibility issues?

Yep, all SRAMs 11 speed groups work with each other.

NX is significantly more plastic and fragile though, if X01 wasn't up to the job for you it may not last long

Yeah maybe stick with GX if its not too big a jump in price.

I wouldn’t drop to an NX 11 speed mech if I were you. GX is pretty decent though - I’ve got a couple of those on mtb’s and so far they’ve been very durable / not needed much adjustment.
