I've gone and lost the little ball bearing that prevents the reach adjust from freely turning. Anyone what what size it is?

Genuinely no idea sorry but how did you get that out?
My adjuster has seized and I can't get it moving despite various efforts.

@GolfChick, thanks for that. I've spent hours & hours on the tinterweb looking for a clue as to the correct size.
@acidchunks, poke it with a sewing needle trust me it comes loose very swiftly.
