So its kitted out with 36t and 46t outer, I want to know can I put something smaller into it, was thinking the inner really, I need something more like a 30t as its too hard on steep muddy climbs at the moment.

34 will be the smallest.If you go long cage rear mech you will be able to go to 32t (34 at a push)

110 bcd is limited to 33t chainring. TA make them.

humm, then could i fit a dinner plate (cheat cog thingy) onto the cassette to make it easier than the 32t??

What cassette have you got, mid cage mech will take a 32t cassette-

Well, the cassette I have on is a SRAM PG1130 Cassette 11-32T, so would like something with maybe 36t or 40t?? Would that go?? Mech is SRAM Rival 22 Medium Cage. Whats my options guys?? Cheers.
