As per title, confused on which fittings needed for the lever and caliper!

This may be of no use to you, but I used Superstar hoses on mine, as the 2nd hand ones I bought didn't come with a long enough rear hose.
Fittings set no2 did the job very nicely, much cheaper than the Goodrich ones too.
At the very least you could match up the items in the pic...

Goodridge are one of the slowest brands to react to change I've ever come across, to my knowledge they don't make a kit to fit the guide. They're also the biggest waste of money ever.
