just got back from a spin (spin being the oppertaive word).
riding in snow much easier with VERY low pressures as I found!
brakes got very spongy though - time for a bleed or just the cold?

Could be the cold, there was a thread about this the other day. Could be that an o-ring isn't doing its job because of the cold and some air is now in the system as a result. At least, that's my understanding of the potential problem. What brakes are they?
