We will be in touch
Hopefully someone will be able to give me the answer, i dont have the dimensions to use the DTswiss calculator.
I currently have my rear pro2 built onto a 5.1 rim, which i'm wanting to rebuild onto a 717.
What length spokes for:
Rear pro2/717 = ?
Rear pro2/5.1 = ?
Front pro2/717 = ?
Thanks in advance
Hold the new rim up to the wheel and see if the spoke nipples will sit at the same depth or similar, then check the spoke lengths on the original rim (too long/short?) to see if it will work.
Common sense is usually easier than overcomplicated spoke calculators!
262/264 for the 717 I think, 32H 3x.

The best spoke calculator out there
717 rear
Spoke length left: 261.8
Spoke length right: 261.8
5.1
Spoke length left: 260.8
Spoke length right: 260.8
So you should get away with that

...gives you the same length for both sides of a dished wheel ❓
Best doesn't equal perfect 😀 But certainly the best to use.
And anyway we are rounding up/down to the nearest 1mm, is that any worse than "hold the two rims up and guess if they are the same?"
You can contact lenni via the web site why don't you take it up with him?
