Used to use the DT Swiss calculator but they appear to have taken all the data off for any products that aren't their own.
Hopefully a fair few people will have built these wheels and be able to help with spoke length.
Mavic 719 disc 32 hile on hope pro 2.
Front and rear if possible.
Alternatively of anyone knows of a website that does hold the data I'm looking for please forward it on.
Thanking you.
Front 260/262,rear 260/261, assuming use of 12mm nipples according to my saved calculations on their site.
I did this exact build recently using 260s both sides, front and rear with 12mm nipples. Worked nicely.
Excellent, thanks.
719s come in 26 and 29er / 700c versions......
If it is for a 29er then the rear spokes will be something like 292mm.
A quick google gets you the Hope hub dimensions and Mavic rim erd to type into the DT Swiss calculator.
coatesy do you know the spoke length for pro2,s on 717,s as i,m looking to swap to 719,s myself.I take it i,ll need a full set of spokes ?.
Cheers
Thanks, the dimensions bit scares me on the DT Swiss calculator lol.
Worried about getting it wrong I guess. Like the simple option of picking a rim and hub from a drop down box.
I'll give it a try though to see of I can get it to work.

Did pro 2s on 717s recently as well, used 260/262 front and rear, 12mm nipples. worked perfectly.
Whats on the 717,s please Bp
oh sorry, just read his post again.
pro 2s/719s - i used 260/12mm front and rear
pro 2s/717s - i used 260/262/12mm front and rear
I think you'd be OK with 260s all round on the 717s as well.
So i could just do a strait rim swap from 717,s to 719,s Bp?
I think so yeah, depends what spoke lengths have been used on the original rims.
sapim spoke calc has been the most reliable for me!
but i ahve just swapped my XC717 for XM719 with no hassle
robhughes recently changed some 717 rims for 719's useing existing spokes and nipples all went well
Thanks dale. ๐
