Spesh Enduro, CCDB air just back from TFTuned with nice new heavy duty mounting hardware.
For the life of me I can't squeeze the hardware back into the gap for the front mount.
Gap 21.6mm and hardware 21.9mm.
The frame is solid so no easing it in.
Any tips gratefully received, sun is shining and i've not been out for a fortnight.... getting desperate!!

stating the obvious but is it possible they've fitted the wrong bush in the eyelet?

Gap 21.6mm and hardware 21.9mm.
The 0.3 mm is your problem, file the hardware down.

Can't you just scrape the paint of the frame?

Ok, so I filed a touch off the mounting kit.
Just a brake adaptor to be found and a tyre to get up tubeless and I am away!!
