As above really - tried CRC, wiggle etc. Evans can order them in for me but want £5 P & P for something that costs £2.99 (my LBS is Evans). Anyone know any other online retailers that do them?

Have you tried contacting Specialized directly? They tend to be pretty good about stuff like that - I've had a new helmet on the crash replacement policy because they no longer had stocks of the pads and mine were thoroughly trashed...

Cheers - I am waiting for specialized to get back to me before looking at other avenues. I can get the same helmet for £20 in the sale now so it is worth the £9 that Evans would want for the inserts I might as well get a new helmet and use the older one for the commute as it only becomes uncomfortable on longer rides

Just take them out and remove the stick on velcro bits. Works for me. If your head is not similar to the inside of the helmet then you may have a few pressure points.

In which case, take a wood plane to your head and get moding!

I ask Specialized and they told me to order from a local dealer (but get back to them if I had problems). My local-ish spec dealer is a rubbish shop I usually avoid on principle, but I ordered them and they came quickly and cost no more than RRP.

If Evans is your only locally accessible Spec dealer and are trying to charge you P&P on an ordered in item (have I understood that right?) then that's pants and go direct to Specialized. Any decent shop would be ordering things anyway and they'd just add them to the order.
