[Closed] Specialized Fuse 27.5 for teen

So, I’ve secured a Spec Fuse 27.5 with a medium frame for my lad. He’s 5’4” so an inch under the recommended size for the frame but I can’t buy a small knowing he’ll be out of the range of that frame after growing another inch. I’ve gone for a bike with 27.5 wheels as I feels this would be easier for him to handle than 29”. I’m not sure my logic is sound though as my experience is extremely limited having only just upgraded from 26” wheels to 29” in recent months.

Any help or thoughts on frame sizing, wheel sizing and whether or not the Fuse is a descent enough bike would be greatly appreciated.
