Anyone running these? Can you recommend whether to size up?
I'm unable to get to a shop to try on and want to hopefully get it right without returning them if possible?

Al my shoes are Spesh, road, cx, MTB and defroster. All same size. The defroster is made bigger to accommodate a thick sock without sizing up. Will go well with exposure lights too 😀

They seem to size up big-ish. 43 in shimano MTB and 42 (with decent room to spare) in the Defroster (2014 version)

Cheers guys. Ordered some Northwave celsius 2s inbetween posting that and coming back, turned out Evans 15% off doesn't apply to specialized so changed mind.
Sized up on those.. hope it was right!
Still haven't bought a new light for the bars yet Iaian 🙂
