Getting a little baffled looking at frames currently so thought I'd ask for some advice
Ideally looking for a frame to run 26\27.5 wheels with fair clearance
Ither slot dropouts with added mech hanger or ebb with mech hanger/swapouts so I can switch up depending on my mood
Fork will be mostley rigid or around 120mm again depending on mood
Running discs
full outer cabeling would be nice
Steel would be nice but alloy is an option I'd like to keep it light if possible
At the moment im stuck on the decade virsa and a good old inbred slot
But am open to other options.

You can't go wrong with the Decade Virsa (nee Virtue) in terms of your desires for geared or SS usage. Mrs Slack has 100mm forks and fairly sure they'll take 120mm with little or no adverse affect.
Lovely frame to ride too, classic steel feel, although for me, I prefer twin seatstays for what I feel as a springer feeling back end rather than a slightly stiffer uni crown type of set up as both the Decade and Inbred share.

Worked our some prices today and seems I can get the virsa for about £50 more than the inbred
But has taperd headtube and swapouts so future proofs a bit more
Anything els or other options i have overlooked?
