Had a set of Spank oozy's on my old Pace and really rated them so now I'm after some for the 29er. Neither Spank's website or CRC mention anyhting about being tubless compatible.
Should be just a case of some stans yellow tape and off we go.
Anyone got any set up tubeless?
Supposed to be fine. They offer a fratelli tubeless tape in their website for tubeless set up. Supposed to be thinner than usual tape or something.
I had an old vomax that went up fine with a compressor but v e r y slowly lost air. Not enough to worry about, even on an all day ride but noticable compared to the stans rim run on the front. It happened with two different tyres over more than a year but was never bad enough to warrant changing it.
I think the current stock rims on my Whyte T129-s are the same. But nothing to worry about, these are the rims I want to swap. The old spanks I had were brilliant.
