I've signed up with 6 work colleagues to ride between our French Head Office to our Birmingham head office this October.

Can any one recommend a safe quiet route from the Channel Tunnel up to and through London. We will have a support vehicle driving with us to annoy the car drivers (sorry)

Either post here or email me (address in profile)

Cheers

No quiet roads through London! I'd look at going to the west of London, bit of a detour but you can then head north to Birmingham. Can't help you with a route specifically, get on bikehike and have a play!

Where in France is your Head Office?

Depending on where it is, it may be better to cross the Channel via the Dieppe-Newhaven route, which will put you much further west and give you many more options without going out of your way too much.

The head office is at Vitry-le-François west of Paris

As Vitry-le-François is East of Paris, I hope somebody else is navigating 😉

Seriously, though, Dieppe is no further from there than Calais is, so I'd still consider this as an option.
