Is it pleasant or grim and wet generally?

Its 1100 miles or so south of where I`m sat. It is closer to the med so that will have an effect on the weather... Dry cold rather than wet freezing.

It snowed when I visited in february. It's in the low Alps, so it can get cold

You should b ok. I live on the italian side so expect around 12 - 17 degrees and sunny. It will feel much warmer in the sun

Yeah, I saw that 🙁 . Unfortunately everywhere in the south will be wet so I will have to suffer for a few days wherever I go.
