Was thinking of going up to Cannock tomorrow (friday) so was wondering what the trail conditions are like / will be like, does it handle the rain well?

And if I do go, I promise not to upset anyone ๐Ÿ˜€

Cannock is sand and gravel based does get muddy its ok in the wet but will eat your drive chain and brake pads

Trails were perfect Tuesday night after the rain, then it rained a bit more. Its currently raining. It'll be fine with maybe a few puddles.

Do you mean it might be wet?

Careful you don't dissolve.

Take some armbands as well, I would imagine the small lakes that form in the braking bumps will be rather dangerous.

If you dont go OTB into the braking bumps you will surely drown in them.....

I'd go this weekend, but the new standard frame I have isn't compatible with rain, any UK specific frame options out there that I could run in the UK?

Went round the full FTD & Monkey last night, Fairly dry apart from lots of puddles in the braking bumps ๐Ÿ˜† but you can rail around them easily as they're in the middle of the trail.
