Couldn't resist getting this for her in the sale.ย  I'm building up a 24 inch MTB for her as well.ย  ย She is pretty happy.

9.845kg with stock pedals.

Got my eldest the road version for 199 earlier in the year. It's exactly the same except has road tyres and it's blue. On the lookout for some CX tyres but everywhere went oos on the small block eight shortly after I got it!

They're really nice bikes. It's such a shame they have gone belly up as the team behind them have put out some excellent bikes and kit. Nukeproof and Vitus have become some of my go to brands, not just because they've been cheap recently.

I pondered for far too long over that.ย  When I went to buy it it was out of stock ๐Ÿ™ย  Wasn't going to pay full price for this version.ย  ย  How do you find the paint on the bike?

Already had her on zwift lol

Went out on the road for the first time.ย  That was scary.ย  She is desperate to do more.ย  Keeps asking to go on the trainer.ย  Only had one idiot driver

silver car is driving towards the discovery

couple of changes.ย  I swapped out the cranks for the shorter ones that where on her Orbea.ย  That made a difference to her balance and riding.ย  Popped in a carbon post and added some colour with some bolts, seat post clamp, garmin outfront mount, jockey wheels (+ bolts) and dust caps.ย ย ย  Drip waxed the chain too.

That was ace. I can't decide if I liked the rotor joke or the glitterball more. 😂🤣

Ace.

Bought my 7 year old the flat bar 24", the 140mm cranks are definitely on the long side so would change to shorter if I had spares already.

@nickc That is ChatGPT for you. I put in some words and it came out with that. Did it a few times and sophie choose which ones to say.

@t3ap0t There are loads on aliexpress now. I got those ones a couple of years ago
