Evening all.

I've placed an order for a Sonder Evol and I'm looking at options for wrapping the frame before I use it.

Sonder paint has a bit of a rep for being a bit fragile, backed up by the dings and chips on the paint work on the test bike I borrowed for a few days.

I can't find a wrap kit specific to the Evol, anyone have any recommendations for kits they have used, ideally on this bike?

I wrapped by Orbea Oiz with an Invisiframe kit specific to that frame and its done a great job of protecting the paint.

Ta in advance.

I don't use frame specific kits anymore...

Brink have a load of generic Ridewrap kits on super reduced pricing

Frame Protection – BRINK

Or id use tape from MTBProtex on Amazon

I've got a Sonder Cortex and wrapped the frame from day one, I used the proper 3m helicopter tape on the down tube and everywhere else I used a Matt tape that I got from Amazon.

I didn't look for a ready made tape for my frame (didn't think there would be one to be honest) but I used masking tape to create a template for the more complex parts and it seemed to work okay.

After making sure the frame was spotless I used washing up liquid with water to wet the frame an apply the tape, this gave me time to move the sections and then used a hairdryer and a squeegee when I was happy with everything.

Unless it’s changed the paint on my 2019 Camino was excellent. Comparable at least to other (bigger brands)

I have HKT protect full kit on my recent bike & it's great for the main tubes. Don't ask it to do much in conforming to shape as it doesn't have that conformity that the invisframe kit I bought for my wife's bike has and is starting to lift in a few places that looks a bit gash.

Cheers All

Went for a generic kit from RideWrap in the end.
