It appears to actually have some sort of super weird mesh matrix for main tubes! Or is it an inflatable bike frame? ๐Ÿ˜›

Bike + Cheese Grater in one - Genius!

If it came with track drop outs and stupid sized wheels I'm sure it would sell quite well.

That's definately one of those "because you can" type manufacturing methods rather than actaully a sensible solution!

a Wellington bomber

I was going to say that - a Barnes Wallis solution to low weight and high strength.

It would be a right pain getting mud out of all that.

As I recall, the answer is expensive.

Some super rare and costly american thing that I have seen around the net a few times. Can't remember any interesting or important things about it though ๐Ÿ˜ณ

They do road bikes too.

As I recall, it's a bit like the Carbon 456 - they give you papier mache to layer over the top in your own individual style.

I bet you'd get some interesting whistling noises from it when going at high speed

This comment on Bike Radar made me laugh

*It's a great solution for riders who like to take their pet rodents with them... I suspect that's the real reason the junctions are capped...no one wants Gerbils nesting in the bottom bracket.
