I nearly chocked when Mrs JB decided she wanted a £1800 sofabed from John Lewis for the spare room/office - so I found these guys....

Depends how much you like your guests I suppose. My partner's parents have a fold out torture device of a cheap sofa bed. Last time we stayed over for the week I was near crippled. This year I'm going to be suggesting a hotel...
Best sofa bed we have found is an ikea futon with the most expensive matress, not the prettiest thing but very comfortable.

The real question is why do you want a sofa in the spare room?
