Have been with M&S for a while, but premiums seem to be rising unreasonably.

Who else is good, and will cover a bike worth more than £2k?

Add John Lewis Specialist, especially if you have any other outdoor gear and boats....

^ about covers it with the addition of NFU Mutual

With regard the NFU I'm having a mare of a time with them, in short bike got done over in Les Gets couple of weeks back, wheels and associated items stolen. Claim went in and local NFU office say verbally no problem your covered, however it then gets passed to the insurer as unknown to me NFU in this case are acting as an agent.

Insurer requires proof of ownership of parts, supported by receipts..... Which I no longer have, Pictures and confirmation from LBS of the spec now provided but the insurer is still insisting on proof of purchase...

It's turning out to be a right PITA
