now to be fair Ton, its been parked there for 6 years. The lady that owns it has a lovely dog called Nell. I think she feeds the ducks too as our dog always tries to check for bread if I let her.
Theres another boat moored further up called the Ernie Lynch, it doesnt have an owner as posessions are the domain of right wing capitalist dogs.
