It's been around 3 years since I was last at Coed y Brenin. Think at that time they'd just opened or upgraded False Teeth, Uncle Fester etc. So anything new there since? I see they have a big skills area but what about the trails themselves - any other sections been recently improved, re-surfaced or upgraded?
MinorTaur (blue) has gone in, a new jump section has replaced an old bit of singletrack called Adam and Eve, bike shop has moved to where the bikes used to be, the old bike shop is now a running shop, a new section is due to be opened on the old side, a few sections have lost trees - the end of the Addams Family for example -, the car park is now a fiver and the cafe at the end of Hermon is now owned by a biker rather than the old couple.
So not much really.
Much stuff for kids? There was a little skills section there last time with a push up?
There is a new little section opening soon, isn't there - I think the enduro is using it first.
I really like CyB 🙂 should make the effort to get back soon.
My kids love it, the minotaur is their absolute favourite and the skills area has plenty for them to go at (mine are 6 & 8).
