.....My Mrs asked me how it was any different from my Bfe. So I thought I would check out a few stats and they seem to look very similar. Am I missing something? (still looking for an excuse to buy a nice yellow Sov 😆 )

I wonder how many CRC have sold since they went down to 299! There's been about a million sov threads since then.
Also, does anyone else think its a bit weird they're having a 'clearance' of 2012 frames in Feb 2012?
Silverfish only have Revolt frame info-nothing about the Sov or Faction in the Evil Products section.........

It's a bit heavier, and Evil don't seem to think it's strong enough for a 160mm fork. Is that sufficient difference? 😉

Except its not the original is it.
I had an original 853 Sov and it was great. I have a new BFe and that is great too. I don't however know which is more fun to ride. I do know that the BFe is lighter and has a more forgiving rear end, it also climbs better.
I think my wife has signed into this forum to put me off a Sov 😀

To be honest if I had seen the Sov at £299 before I got the BFe I would really have struggled to choose.
Never been a fan of skulls but if its a skull or the crazy frog.. I'll take the skull!

Just ordered a Sov. in yellow a couple of hours ago. I was originally looking at a BFe, or even an NS Surge, but had to get the Sov. I have terrible memories of a friend's fugly, yellow, bike in the mid-nineties, with tons of blue anodized parts, but something about the idea of the yellow frame with pink decals is calling to me 😕
