So now its illegal and you can be fined on the spot for spitting, how long before I get fined for phlegm bombs when I ride? In my defence I have a sniffle yer lordship 😉

You'll be fine, just gob where you want.
They couldn't make people pay for dropping litter in Waltham Forest so I doubt they be any more effective with spitting.
