I did my first solo 24 last year in the mudbath that was Mountain Mayhem,I would like to try another, perhaps one where a bit more time can be spent on the bike, and a bit less time wading through sludge, anyway someone suggested Sleepless in the saddle, it sounds like the right sort of thing, but can anyone tell me when it is? the missus wants me to get on and book a summer holiday and I don't want to miss sleepless, any ideas of a date?
I haven't seen a date for next year yet, but I am sure it is always the 1st weekend of August. Just be warned that Catton Park is as bad as Eastnor in the rain!
As Jason said SITS is usually first weekend in August.
Thanks, looks like it could be a busy week then, if its the first weekend in August it could be a 24 hour at one weekend and chase to coast the next Wednesday.
