Apart from Shimano mo89s and Sidi Dominator 7s which are pricey who else does shoes in my size ?

Have you tried specialized shoes? The trail shoes ( that look like skate shoes f20 I think they are called) come up big? Otherwise sidi cafe tend to be cheaper for Sidis. I'm a 13/14.
