I'm from London and am currently on a weeks riding in the far north of Scotland.
I just wanted to say a public thank you to the boys at bird who have just sent a warranty replacement reverb seat post to my B and B in torridon.

I bent the crank on my zero a few weeks ago. They did me a replacement at a great price and it arrived the next day.
