As crazy-legs says 1 male, 1 female and everyone has to do a minimum of 1 lap (I think possibly 2 check the minimum number of laps). OOO excited about it! I'm doing it in a mixed team, but got BBF as a mixed pair before that.

It's 2 laps minimum. Not that it matters unless you're on the podium.
