I bought a SSWC jersey the other day and displayed prominently is the legend W#nkStrong.

What are the origins of this?

It's a clever play on words on the ubiquitous Livestrong bands.

and there's also the fact that when you;re out of the saddle heaving on the bars, where we sometimes refer to it as "honking" on the bars, the yanks refer to it as "****ing" on the bars.

...... the yanks refer to it as "****ing" on the bars.

I bought the jersey or its SSWC Scottish connection and tartan content for a bike tour in the Pacific northwest and California, I wonder how far I will get with that explaination?
